Why the name?
Pine represents our love for nature and our commitment to a greener, more sustainable future.
Bean is a tribute to our sweet pet cat, who fills our lives with joy and inspiration.
In a world increasingly shaped by AI, we choose to keep it human.
Our designs are hand-drawn, filled with warmth, character, and the unmistakable touch of the human hand. While AI-generated content floods platforms like KDP, we take a different path. We create original illustrations and print our books independently with a local printer. This allows us to ensure quality, support our community, and reduce our environmental impact.

Every little detail and story was created here in my small, cosy workstation.

We kick things off by sketching on the iPad and grabbing some inspo!
Then it’s off to Photoshop to polish things up and do the lineart
Once the art’s done, we give it a final check and pop it all into a PDF
Finally, we zip the PDF off to our local printer for one last review before the big print run!
