1. Where can I buy your colouring books?

Buy directly from our website to support us and help bring future books to life.

2. What kind of paper do you use?

We use 190gsm uncoated paper! They are thick and ideal for most mediums.

3. Are the illustrations hand-drawn?

Yes! Every design is hand-drawn by me, Tabi, using iPad and Photoshop magic.

4. Suitable for beginners or pros?

Both! Our books are made for all skill levels.

5. Are the pages perforated?

Not yet, but they’re super easy to tear out if you want to hang up your work or focus on it individually.

6. Best colouring tools to use?

Whatever you love! Pencils, crayons, gel pens, or all of the above!

7. What kind of binding do the books have?

We use sturdy wiro binding in our first book, so the pages lie flat while you colour. All subsequent books are perfect bound.

8. Are the pages bleed-proof?

The pages are thick and sturdy but not completely bleed-proof. We recommend using a protective sheet if you’re colouring with markers.

9. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible!

10. What’s your return & exchange policy?

You have 30 days to return your order if it’s unused and in original condition. We don’t offer exchanges, but we’re happy to refund once the item’s back with us.
Return shipping is your responsibility.

UK Shipping

1. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free! Want it faster? Choose next-day delivery at checkout (just order before 3pm).

2. How long will it take for my order to ship?

We pack and ship orders within 2–4 business days.

3. How can I track my order?

Once it ships, you'll get a Royal Mail tracking link via email to follow its journey.

4. Can you check the status of my shipment?

Absolutely! Just email us with your order number and we’ll take a look.

5. Where is my confirmation or shipping email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Drop us a message and we’ll resend it.

6. Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Contact us as soon as possible with the updated address.

International Shipping

1. How is international shipping cost calculated?

It’s based on your location and order weight! Your total will show at checkout before you pay.

2. Will I need to pay import taxes?

Possibly. Import duties or VAT may apply depending on your country, and are your responsibility.

3. How long does international shipping take?

It usually takes 7–21 business days, but it can vary based on where you are and local customs.

4. Can you check the status of my shipment?

Of course! Just email us with your order number and we’ll happily take a look.

5. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide! If you're unsure, pop your address in at checkout to confirm.

6. Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Contact us as soon as possible with the updated address.

Once your order has been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly for tracking updates.
